This is actually my mom and aunt. If you know anything about Pentecostal hairstyles in the 60's, their hairstyles on this album cover were very common - not wacky at all for the time period. They were 13 and 16 at this time and very sought after to sing at conferences and they record producers begged my grandfather to let them travel full time.
